Jerk Burger with Spicy Sweet Sauce

A lean protein way to go, spicy yet sweet, great for pool parties or summer days.

Est. time: 30-45 minutes Yield: 3-4 burgers


  • Take desired amount ground beef and roll into a ball
  • Begin seasoning with JCS Dry Jerk seasoning (the more the spicier)
  • Mix and flatten into a beef patty
  • Preheat grill -Place patty on grill and flip to sear on both sides
  • Grill to your liking, flipping frequently
  • Cut English muffin in half and toast both slices evenly
  • Add cheese to top of burger patty
  • Place patty on toasted muffin
  • Add JCS BBQ Jerk sauce
  • Add JCS Crushed Scotch Bonnet Pepper Sauce
  • Add desired toppings (lettuce, tomato, etc.)
