Q: Why can't I buy some items online?

Not all items are able to be shipped, but if you request a product that you are looking to purchase by email, we may have a retailer or distributor near you.

We never share your information with third parties for any reason. Please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Q: What payment options are available?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We do not accept personal checks or C.O.D.'s.

Q: How is my personal information secured?

All order information is encrypted before being transmitted over the internet. Once we verify and authorize your credit card information, it is immediately deleted. None of your credit card information is stored. Your personal information such as login info, is stored on a secure server.

Q: How do I get in contact with someone with my questions or comments about JCSKitchen?

You can contact us anytime, just click on "Contact Us" to reach the Online Store.

Q: How do I know my order was submitted?

After Checkout Step, your Order Number and Order Confirmation Number will be displayed to verify receipt of your order. We recommend printing this screen for your records. An Order Confirmation e-mail will also be sent to you when your order is entered. An e-mail address is supplied to us in the Checkout process. If in doubt, contact us by clicking on "Contact Us".

Q: Is sales tax charged to my order?

Sales tax will be applied to all orders billed to or shipped to a Florida address.

Q: How do I use the Search function on the site?

Products, Recipes, Videos, and News Articles are displayed that match All keywords entered in the search field. Partial words are acceptable. Using fewer keywords returns a greater number of results. Using more keywords returns a smaller number of results. Mis-spellings will not return accurate results.

Q: I live outside the U.S., am I still able to place an order on JCSKitchen.com?

Due to credit card restrictions we are only able to process orders billed and shipped to the U.S.
