Irie-Stylie Cod Fish Balls

Ingredients

Est. Time: 1.5 hrs Yield: 10-12
  • ½ lb CEG Cod Bits
  • 2 cups, Diced Raw Potatoes
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • ½ tsp JCS Black Pepper
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • Bread crumbs
  • Vegetable oil for frying

This is a very simple recipe. Whether dining alone or trying to get a party started, this easy dish can crave your snack fetish or serve-up as a delectable appetizer. 

 

-Soak CEG Cod Bits in water overnight. Boil for 30mins.

-Drain and rinse under cold water.

-Boil potatoes for 20 mins

-Add butter, JCS Black Pepper and CEG Cod Bits to the potatoes. Mix well.

-Form mixture into light balls. Dip in eggs then breadcrumb.

-Fry in deep oil fryer until golden brown

-Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot.
